Suitable also for vegetarians as a substitute for meat protein.

PREPARATION AND DOSAGE
According to your protein needs, take 15 - 60 g per day. Can be mixed with water, juice, milk or plant-based drink. You can add to your favorite drink, shake, smoothie, breakfast or yogurt.
