Matcha green tea is specially grown, harvested and then selected. Thanks to fermentation, nutrients do not leak out and only first-class tea leaves reach the final stage of grinding. The result is a deep green fine powder that has stimulating effects, supports concentration and fat metabolism. Matcha Tea has an exclusive taste and simply adds zest and color to many dishes.

Preparation instructions
Preparation Matcha tea is a ceremonial ritual that is subject to strict rules. For a classic tea ceremony you will need: a bamboo spoon, a bamboo whisk and a ceramic bowl. When preparing, it is important to avoid metal utensils, which destroy beneficial substances.
Traditional tea ceremony:
Put 1 bamboo spoon of Matcha tea (1g) in a bowl and pour 80 ml of hot water (max. 70 °C). Then whisk with a bamboo whisk until thick and serve immediately.
In a cold shaker:
Mix 2–4 g of powder in a shaker with cold water to get a delicious refreshing drink.
