This fermented drink combines the power of the South American Paraguayan holly (yerba mate) with natural fermentation, which creates a gently sparkling and highly probiotic drink. Thanks to the natural caffeine (theine) from yerba mate, it will invigorate you and at the same time support the health of your intestinal microflora. Each can contains 33 million probiotic cultures per 330 ml – this is a unique benefit that ordinary kombuchas do not offer.
Thanks to the special fermentation process, the drink has a lower acetic acid content, which guarantees a balanced taste without unnecessary acidity.
