How to best enjoy our syrup?

With sparkling water and a little herbs in a 1:10 ratio, it will become a refreshing lemonade, and with hot water and a slice of lemon, it will become an unusual tea. If you fancy something a little sharper, add a dash of white wine or a little gin and top it off with sparkling water. Either way, it's simply great!

Storage: after opening, it's best kept in the fridge at 4–8°C. Consume within 4 weeks. The syrup doesn't like direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The sediment is not a defect, on the contrary, it is proof of the natural origin of the syrup.
