Lecithin multipurpose oil with herbal aroma for organism regeneration and detoxification support.
The active substances from essential oils penetrate the organism, improve metabolism, and flush out lactic acid after unusual physical exertion at work or sports, when muscle fatigue and pain occur. It can be used "after" and "before" sports performances or strenuous work.
The unusual composition of the vegetable and essential oils used cools the organism and improves blood circulation. After the massage, it is advisable to wrap the body with cling film.
In people with a small amount of subcutaneous fat, a massage with this product may cause intense chills.

Use
Apply an appropriate amount of massage oil to slightly damp skin and massage gently.
Lecithins mixed with vegetable oils are difficult to dissolve in water, so we recommend the following for preparing a bath: Add two tablespoons of DR. VOŠTĚPA to approximately half a liter of warm water and mix well with an immersion blender. The result is a lecithin bath "milk", which you pour into the prepared bath. The water temperature should create pleasant sensations without causing sweating, otherwise the skin would not absorb the active substances contained in the bath. It is very important to accept the fact that each person tolerates different water temperatures differently.
When determining the temperature of the bath, approach it according to your individual needs, experience and, of course, taking into account your current health status. Do not use soap or other bath additives, as this would reduce the effect of the bath. The recommended duration of this therapeutic bath is 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on individual needs.
Storage
The stated shelf life of the product is significantly extended by storing it in a dark and cool environment (preferably in the refrigerator at a temperature of 6–10°C). Best consumed by the date indicated on the packaging. The batch number and volume are indicated on the packaging.
