Country of origin: Kampot province (Cambodia)
Kampot pepper originating from Kampot province in Cambodia is very different in aroma and taste from regular pepper. This is due to the climate, soil composition and manual harvesting and processing. Fermented Kampot pepper undergoes fermentation and preservation with sea salt. It is soft to the bite, so it is excellent for sauces.
