Our Jestřebice F1 sausages have a long pedigree. During the 19th century, the production of these sausages expanded and improved. They reached further into the world through butchers. The Austrian butcher Johan Georg Lahner, who returned from Frankfurt to Vienna, established the production of these sausages, which began to be called Vienna sausages. From there, their production spread to the Czech lands, where they became a delicacy. The traditional recipe and high meat content guarantee a very pleasant taste.
