Soluble fiber from chicory root. The recommended daily dose is 6g = 1 teaspoon. Usage: Inulin is completely soluble in water, tea, coffee or soups. It forms a colorless mixture, odorless and with a slightly sweet taste. Contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency.
