How to shop
On our e-shop jeztomarket.cz you can find two variants of products.
Personal collection
The first type are products marked as "Personal Pickup Only", which means that these products cannot be delivered by transport service to your home.
You can always pick up your order based on the email you receive after your order has been prepared. This email will contain all the necessary information. As we are partly a farm shop, some products may not be available. In this case, we will automatically remove the product from your order and the corresponding amount will be deducted.
It is important to know that you cannot combine products with the "Personal Pickup Only" flag and products that can be shipped by carrier. If you have a product in your cart with personal pick-up, the system will automatically offer you only the option of personal pick-up at our store.
Shipping by carrier
The second option is products that can be shipped. We currently offer a shipping service called Zásilkovna or PPL. We try to pack and ship as soon as possible, as long as payment is processed the same day. If you choose cash on delivery, the shipment will be sent immediately.
We do everything we can to get the goods to you as quickly as possible.
Summary:
- Personal pick-up: cannot be shipped, pick up in store after email confirmation. Products cannot be combined with those that can be shipped. You will always pick up in store.
- Sending via Zásilkovna or PPL: We try to send the goods on the day of receipt of payment, in case of cash on delivery we send immediately.
