We import hazelnuts for the production of our renowned butter from northern Turkey, where they ripen on the Black Sea coast, which is considered an important growing area. Thanks to the high proportion of healthy fats, hazelnuts are beautifully juicy and have a rich flavor. This is further enhanced when the nuts are peeled and gently roasted with hot air - suddenly only a pleasantly sweet kernel remains without a trace of bitterness. Then you just need to grind the nuts and a delicate hazelnut miracle is born.
Believe me that this butter, pure in taste and composition, does not need any fancy improvements in the form of added flavorings, sugar or oil.
