Grandma's noodles are made from the best semolina (durum wheat groats) and four fresh eggs per kilogram of durum wheat. They are characterized by the much-appreciated taste of egg pasta and, thanks to the semolina, they do not overcook. Their delicate taste and golden color stand out especially in combination with meat dishes (poultry, rabbit, game or fish) or with sauce. Enjoy them according to your wishes.

How is it possible that pasta cooks in 3 minutes?

This is due to a different production technology from regular egg pasta.  Different forms are used for production. However, fast cooking can only be achieved with some short types, it cannot be done with all. Fast cooking is mainly due to the different structure of pasta.

What is the main benefit of 3-minute pasta?

 Preserving the same ingredients as in regular pasta (fresh eggs and semolina). Fast cooking is not achieved by any compromise in the composition.

• The nutritional values are similar to other regular pasta after cooking. For example, the proportion of "slow sugars" is still retained as in regular pasta, and the feeling of satiety remains for a longer time.
• Taste. By cooking the pasta for a shorter time, the taste is more intense and delicious (you can feel the taste of the eggs more). After a longer cooking time, the intensity of the taste decreases.
• Saving time when cooking.
• Less energy consumption  when cooking and reducing  impacts on the environment (e.g. reducing CO2 by shortening the cooking time, etc.).
