Discover the rich and natural taste of apricots all year round thanks to the revolutionary lyophilization process. This gentle freeze-drying method preserves up to 90% of the apricots' original properties, including their sweet aroma, full flavor and nutrients.
During the freeze-drying process, fresh fruit is frozen to temperatures as low as -100°C and then gradually dried under pressure, which allows the structure, color and nutrients to be preserved. Approximately 6-7 kg of fresh fruit are used to produce 1 kg of freeze-dried apricots, which gives them an intense flavor and a crunchy consistency.
These delicious apricots originate from Armenia, where they are known under the Latin name Prunus armeniaca. In the Czech Republic, apricots are one of the most widely cultivated fruit trees, and thanks to freeze-drying, you can enjoy their sweetness and freshness at any time of the year.
Use: Freeze-dried apricots are ideal for adding to muesli, breakfast cereals and yogurts. You can enjoy them alone or in combination with other dried fruits as a healthy and nutritious snack. Thanks to their consistency and natural sweetness, they are also a great ingredient for RAW recipes.
