This is the most tender meat from the whole turkey and is especially suitable for quick cuts, cutlets or medallions.

Breasts are most often prepared by baking, grilling, stewing, frying (or even smoking). The slower and at a lower temperature they are prepared, the softer, more tender and tastier the meat is. High temperatures can cause drying out. They are usually pounded before processing and you can marinate them overnight.

Turkey breasts are suitable for everyone. We recommend that beginners in the kitchen try turkey cutlets, while experienced ones can try refined medallions or a more demanding roulade.
