COMPOSITION
Essential oils - lavender, lemon, marjoram.
USE
The most well-known way to use essential oils is to inhale them from an aroma lamp. Add 3-8 drops of essential oil or mixture to a container of water and let it evaporate freely. The specific amount depends on the type of essential oil, the size of the room and its ventilation. Essential oils and mixtures can also be used, for example, for inhalation in a sauna. We use them by dripping the oil onto a piece of cloth, pulp or paper and letting it evaporate. The essential oil can be dripped into water and poured directly onto hot stones. In addition to inhalation, we use essential oils and their mixtures for baths, massages, compresses or to prepare aromatherapy cosmetics.
