A soothing mixture, combined with a neutral hydrophilic oil, creates a bath that gently cares for the entire body. It does not create foam, but a gentle milky emulsion that treats the skin very carefully and without disrupting its protective layer. This bath is therefore also suitable for people with increased sensitivity to common soaps and bath foams.

The lavender essential oil contained is sought after for its extraordinary calming effects. It induces restful sleep and relieves nervousness and mental agitation. USE

HOW TO USE THE MIXTURE CORRECTLY:

• Mix 5 drops of the essential oil blend with 10–20 ml (1–2 tablespoons) of a hydrophilic neutral oil, such as Neutral Shower Oil.
• When filling the bathtub, add the mixture to the stream of running water. Choose the bath temperature individually.
• The recommended bath time is 20 minutes. During this time, massage the skin with a washcloth or brush.
• After the bath, the skin is soft and supple, do not shower it anymore, just dry it lightly.
