Dolská mead^®  is produced by fermenting a solution of bee honey. Other purely natural ingredients, depending on the individual market types, are pure alcohol of fermentation origin, spices and bitters.

Dolská mead Bitter is very suitable as an aperitif, served chilled. It can also be used to prepare alcoholic  cocktails. In winter, serve warmed to 60°C or 1:2 with boiling water and a slice of lemon.

With a preparation of wine, sugar, alcohol. 

Storage: Recommended storage is 5-25°C. Sludge resulting from subcooling or long-term storage does not change the taste of the product.
