We present to you Dandelion Caramel – our spring edition, which will transport you to the beautiful nature of Šumava, where the beneficial effects of dandelions are combined with traditionally handmade caramel. This unique caramel is enriched with an extract from 40 dandelion flowers, which are collected below Kletí and in the foothills of Šumava during the spring bloom. Dandelion absorbs the power of the spring sun and transfers this power to our caramel, which is great for tea, lemonade, vegetable salad, oatmeal, ice cream or yogurt.

Dandelion caramel contains 26% dandelion flower extract, which contributes not only to its strong>dandelion flavor, but also to its positive effect on the throat. Thanks to handmaking, we follow up on the inspiring mentions of caramel in the Recipebook of the healer and priest Father František Ferda, which confirm that caramel can have not only an excellent taste, but also beneficial effects.
