These extra crispy coconut crescents in a natural cocoa coat with a little panela, or dried cane juice, are hard to resist. We prepare the chips from dried coconut pulp, which we gently dry-fry until the slices turn golden and envelop the entire roaster in an exotic aroma. We import coconut for production from Southeast Asia, more precisely from the Philippines or Indonesia. In both cases, we make sure that they are the highest quality pieces within the coconut kingdom. This means that they have a naturally high fat content, which makes the flesh exceptionally juicy.
Cocoa coconut chips will be a pleasure to eat out of the palm of your hand, in yogurts, porridges, and when baking or decorating desserts. And in the bag they can go on any trip with you - to the mountains or to the office.
