If you crave the taste of premium dark chocolate and like to crunch in the morning, we created our gluten-free chocolate granola just for you. And when we say chocolate, we mean lots and lots of chocolate. We make it ourselves at ŠUFAN using artisanal methods, and the result is worth it. It is made by hand from select cocoa beans from Peru, which we first gently roast and then finely grind in a blender. We also bake the granola with nut butter, sweeten it with honey, don't skimp on blanched hazelnuts from the Black Sea coast, and don't forget the chia and flax seeds. It doesn't get any better than this.
All of our granolas are also renowned for their large chunks (don't expect any grit) and unsweetened taste. Although it is a clear breakfast choice, it is also hard to resist as a snack at any time of the day... Especially with yogurt and accompanied by our butters or boiled fruit.
Ingredients:
Gluten-free oatmeal, coconut, BIO seventy percent chocolate 11.5% (cocoa beans, dried cane juice, cocoa butter), honey, rice syrup, hazelnuts, sunflower paste, flax seeds, chia seeds (Salvia Hispanica), cocoa powder, salt.
