Chicory Original is a new generation sweetener made using a unique patented method from chicory root. Dishes prepared using this sweetener have a significantly lower energy value compared to foods prepared using sugar and fat. The sweetness is the same as honey. In baking, 1g of sweetener can replace 4g of fat. Gluten-free, lactose-free, preservative-free, salt-free, high in fiber, with reduced energy value, for vegans.
