Kombucha is an ancient drink originating in China, where it is considered the "elixir of immortality". It is traditionally made from black or green tea, sugar and kombucha culture, a mixture of bacteria and yeast.

Captain Kombucha proudly follows the original Chinese recipe: using only high-quality natural ingredients, organic green tea sweetened with organic cane sugar is fermented with its own fermentation culture. During the fermentation process, the yeast breaks down the sugar in the tea and releases probiotic bacteria. After fermentation, kombucha is still slightly carbonated and optionally flavored with natural flavors.

Storage

Never shake. Open carefully. Store in a cool, dry place, protect from sunlight. After opening, store at a temperature between 0 °C and 6 °C and consume within 3 days.
