It's all about the ratio of OMEGA 3 and OMEGA 6

However, the problem of today is excessive intake of OMEGA 6 and this needs to compensate with a higher dose of omega 3. So if you eat, for example, a packet of chips with 30 g of omega 6 you should take 10 g of omega 3 fatty acids with it.
