Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (20 mcg / 800 IU, RHP 400%). Vitamin K2 as MK-7 (from K2 VITAL®DELTA 1% MCT oil) (20 mcg, RHP 26.6%).

Balance between omega 3 and omega 6 is key

Proper function of cell membranes depends on a balanced ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. Cell membranes must be sufficiently permeable to allow nutrients to pass in and waste to be removed out.
