Dosage

Take 1-2 capsules daily. 1 capsule contains 0.5g of mushroom extract. Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal). When taking it, we recommend increasing your intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active ingredients. For example, in the form of Brazilian cherry extract Aceroly.
