Pork neck is rightly one of the most popular parts of pork meat. Thanks to the fat-filled muscle tissue, the meat is juicy and tasty after processing.
Pork neck is ideal for grilling, baking, smoking, frying (for cutlets). It goes well with all types of side dishes.
Storage: Store the meat at a temperature of 0 to +3°C. Consume immediately after opening.
Take the meat out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about an hour). Then start some preparations with the meat.
