This white cooking chocolate is so delicious that few people can resist eating it while cooking. We use it to decorate sweets and cakes, make pralines, pour over cakes, prepare desserts, and so on. An unsavory mixture of fat and sugar is usually sold under the name white icing. There is nothing like that with the Vivani brand. Unlike conventional products, it does not contain any substitutes, vegetable fats except cocoa butter, or artificial flavors, but only real cocoa butter, milk, and natural cane sugar. It is flavored with Bourbon vanilla extract. Cooking chocolate can be used grated into doughs or melted as a icing. Preparing the icing: Melt the chocolate pieces in a water bath. For better results, you can let it cool and heat it up again briefly.
