Uses:

• cold cooking - for salads, dressings, dressings or to season cheeses
• seasoning - you can also season hot dishes with oil at the end of cooking, such as soups
• cooking and stewing - the oil can also be heat-treated, but only at not too high temperatures (approx. 150°C)
• baking - you can also use the oil in the preparation of pastries

When producing oil, quality seeds are first cold pressed in a press without solvents or chemicals. The oil is then filtered several times through blotting paper and then stored in a dark and cool place.
