Interesting fine dark chocolate spiced with gingerbread spices - a seasonal Christmas item. It is made in Switzerland using the traditional long conching method, thanks to which the initially hidden rich cocoa flavor fully stands out and the chocolate acquires a delicate and smooth consistency. Cocoa from Bolivia and dried cane juice Rapadura were used for its production, which gives it a slightly caramel-like taste. All ingredients except vanilla come from the HAND IN HAND fair trade project. Fair trade guarantees fair remuneration to farmers in developing countries and prohibits slave or child labor.

INGREDIENTS: sugar (dried cane juice Rapadura, natural cane sugar), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, spice mixture 1% (cinnamon, coriander, anise, fennel, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, pepper), Bourbon vanilla. All ingredients come from controlled organic farming. Cocoa solids content at least 55%.
