This fine dark chocolate contains 51% cocoa and 7% crunchy pieces of roasted coffee beans. The chocolate is made in Switzerland using the traditional long conching method, which fully reveals the initially hidden rich cocoa flavor and gives the chocolate a delicate and smooth consistency. It is made with cocoa from Bolivia, dried cane juice Rapadura and natural cane sugar Cristallino. Rapadura gives the chocolate a slightly caramel flavor. The product comes from the HAND IN HAND fair trade project. Fair trade guarantees fair remuneration to farmers from developing countries and prohibits slave or child labor.
