Honest artisanal chocolate that will not leave any true chocoholic in peace until only an empty wrapper remains. The truly rich taste of carefully selected cocoa beans will remind you of how chocolate should taste in its purest form, without any nonsense in the composition.
It all starts with ORGANIC cocoa beans of the Criollo variety, which are among the highest quality and rarest in the world. We import them from Peru and then we ourselves start gently roasting and grinding them, which takes four days. We let the chocolate mature, temper it, and only then pour it into bars. You would be hard-pressed to find a better quality production method, but the result, without palm oil, lecithin, or flavoring, is worth it. Each square.
