If it goes better with two, what about three? Apples add freshness to the puree, pears add sweetness, and sea buckthorn add a slight tartness. And because the fruit fills the glass, there's no room left for spoilers in the form of thickeners, preservatives, or added sugar.
Don't look for any complicated story behind our snack. The apples, pears and sea buckthorn come from Czech and Slovak farmers and have plenty of time to ripen in the orchards before they are transformed into delicious puree. In addition, unlike large processors, they are hand-picked and washed, similar to home canning. The fruit is then gently strained through a sieve until it becomes a perfectly fine pulp.
You can enjoy apple and pear puree with sea buckthorn with your children as a quick snack, add it to granola and yogurt, or even make desserts with it.
