This exceptional perry is made by careful alcoholic fermentation and distillation of Williams pears, which are carefully selected and imported from Serbia. The resulting distillate is diluted with soft demineralized water from a 102-meter-deep borehole in the Klikovské formation of the Třeboň Basin, which guarantees its purity and finesse.
The brandy is the result of a noble special fermentation process and careful distillation by the master distiller, which conveys the fully intense tones of the Williams pear into every drop. This perry is characterized by a strong onset and a very long aftertaste that will leave a lasting impression on your taste buds.
