Pancakes that fill the entire kitchen with their aroma are the most beautiful. Especially when the pancakes are as fluffy, soft and crispy on the edges. And that's exactly what they are waiting for you.
Because we like to create unique products, it couldn't be any different with our pancakes without added sugar. The basis of the instant mix is gluten-free oatmeal and fine almond flour, and you can really tell from the taste. Thanks to the high protein content, you don't have to worry about your stomach starting to growl soon after breakfast. Just mix the mixture with milk or water, whisk and cook in a pan with a little ghee.
Almond pancakes taste great with cottage cheese and our boiled fruit or nut butters.
You can prepare 10 generous pancakes with the package.
Ingredients:
Gluten-free ground oat flakes,almond flour 16.7%, buckwheat flour, tapioca starch, dried whey, dried egg whites, cinnamon, salt.

Preparation instructions: Pour the mixture into a bowl and gradually, while stirring constantly with a whisk, add 650 ml of milk or water. Beat the thin batter thoroughly and let it rest for a while. You can also add eggs. We recommend preparing the pancakes in a pan, for example in our ghee.
