Devil's claw - or procumbens (Latin Harpagophytum procumbens) acquired its popular names thanks to the curved formations on its fruits. Dried tubers are usually offered in the form of an extract or as coarse dried powder. In our e-shop we offer it as a more usable POWDER. The active ingredients are harpagoside, harpagid and procumbide, flavonoids, phenolic glycosides, triterpenes and sterols.
Why choose harpagophyte as a dietary supplement? To support the proper functioning of the musculoskeletal system, it can be helpful in cases of limited joint movement. It has antioxidant effects - it can serve as support for inflammatory conditions. It provides relief from unpleasant conditions associated with menstruation. Harpagophyte is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is not entirely suitable for cardiac patients and diabetics (it slightly lowers blood sugar levels). Not recommended for blood pressure problems.
Usage
Mix the powder into a drink or a small amount of yogurt in the recommended daily dose of 3 to 5 g (1 teaspoon). You can also use the offered CELLULOSE CAPSULES size 00. This form of use is ideal for those who do not like the bitter taste of the powder. The daily dose corresponds to 4 to 7 filled capsules. It is advisable to make a paper cone for filling. Another option is to pour the powder (1 teaspoon) into 500 ml of hot water and let it infuse for 15 minutes. Drink the drink in 3 doses during the day. If you don't like the powder form, try the alcoholic HARPAGOPHYTE EXTRACT. Duration of treatment: 4 weeks, at least 2 weeks break.

harpagophytum Procumbens Root Extract, extract from the root and tubers of harpagophytum procumbens in 25% alcohol, dry matter content 11.4%.
Storage
The stated shelf life of the product is significantly extended by storing it in a dark and cool environment (preferably in a refrigerator at a temperature of 6–10 °C). Best consumed by the date indicated on the packaging. Batch number and volume indicated on the packaging.
