Açai is one of the treasures of the Amazon jungle. This palm tree, known as Euterpe brasiliensis, grows up to 25 m tall. Its small, blueberry-like fruits are dark purple in color. The pulp of this exotic fruit is used to make a deep purple powder that you can add to drinks or dishes.
The açai fruit powder we offer, thanks to freeze-drying immediately after harvest, retains up to 95% of the active ingredients and is in RAW quality.
